Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: August 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Natural Pet Path website, online store, virtual educational services, or related resources.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Natural Pet Path website, online store, virtual holistic wellness education sessions, educational materials, communications, and related services.

Natural Pet Path is the assumed business name of Natural Veterinary Wellness LLC ("Natural Pet Path," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our website or services, purchasing products, scheduling or participating in a virtual holistic wellness education session, or otherwise interacting with Natural Pet Path, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Natural Pet Path

Natural Pet Path provides educational resources, wellness products, and virtual holistic wellness education for pet guardians.

Natural Pet Path is not a veterinary practice and does not provide veterinary medical services.

Our virtual educational sessions are intended to help pet guardians learn about holistic and complementary approaches to pet wellness. Topics may include:

  • nutrition and whole-food approaches;
  • Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine ("TCVM") concepts;
  • food therapy;
  • traditional herbal approaches;
  • nutritional and whole-food supplements;
  • lifestyle and environmental wellness;
  • healthy aging; and
  • other holistic and complementary wellness topics.

Our educational services are intended to complement, rather than replace, the veterinary medical care provided by your pet's licensed treating veterinarian.

Natural Pet Path provides educational services to pet guardians throughout the United States. The availability or scope of particular services, products, educational topics, or other offerings may vary based on applicable laws, regulations, professional requirements, product availability, or other circumstances.

2. Virtual Holistic Wellness Education Sessions

Natural Pet Path offers virtual holistic wellness education sessions for pet guardians of dogs and cats.

Sessions are conducted remotely, generally through Zoom or another videoconferencing platform, and do not include a physical examination of your pet.

Members of the Natural Pet Path educational team may hold veterinary licenses, veterinary degrees, certifications, or other professional credentials. These credentials reflect their education and professional background, but do not change the nature of the services provided through Natural Pet Path.

Natural Pet Path practitioners participate solely in an educational and informational capacity.

Natural Pet Path does not provide: veterinary examinations; veterinary diagnosis; veterinary treatment; veterinary prescribing; veterinary medical management; veterinary medical advice; veterinary telemedicine; emergency veterinary care; or any other service constituting the practice of veterinary medicine.

Participation in a Natural Pet Path virtual educational session does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship.

3. Educational and Informational Services Only

All Natural Pet Path services are educational and informational in nature.

Information shared through our website, virtual educational sessions, written summaries, educational materials, emails, communications, or other services is intended to help pet guardians learn about and better understand holistic and complementary approaches to pet wellness.

Information may include discussion of general concepts involving nutrition, foods, supplements, herbs, traditional herbal practices, TCVM, food therapy, lifestyle, environmental factors, healthy aging, and other wellness topics.

Natural Pet Path does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe or recommend veterinary treatment, direct veterinary medical care, or provide individualized veterinary medical advice.

For diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, prescribing, interpretation of diagnostic testing, management of disease, changes to medications, or other veterinary medical decisions, consult your pet's licensed treating veterinarian.

4. No Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship

Natural Pet Path does not establish a Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship ("VCPR") under any circumstances.

Use of the Natural Pet Path website, purchase of a product, scheduling or participation in a virtual educational session, submission or discussion of veterinary records, receipt of a written educational summary, email or other communication, or any other interaction with Natural Pet Path does not establish a VCPR.

The fact that a Natural Pet Path team member may hold a veterinary license or veterinary degree does not create a VCPR between that person and you or your pet through Natural Pet Path.

Natural Pet Path does not act as your pet's primary veterinarian, treating veterinarian, consulting veterinarian, specialist veterinarian, or veterinary healthcare provider.

Pet guardians are responsible for maintaining an appropriate relationship with a licensed veterinarian who is responsible for their pet's veterinary medical care.

5. Client Acknowledgment and Responsibility

By using Natural Pet Path or participating in a virtual holistic wellness education session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Natural Pet Path is not a veterinary practice;
  • Natural Pet Path provides educational and informational wellness services only;
  • Natural Pet Path does not establish a VCPR;
  • Natural Pet Path does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or medically manage animals;
  • information provided through Natural Pet Path does not constitute veterinary medical advice;
  • Natural Pet Path does not replace your pet's primary or treating veterinarian;
  • you remain responsible for decisions regarding your pet;
  • you are responsible for seeking veterinary guidance regarding medical questions, diagnoses, medications, diagnostic testing, treatment plans, or changes in your pet's condition;
  • you are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably complete information when participating in an educational session; and
  • you are responsible for obtaining prompt veterinary care for urgent or emergency concerns.

The decision whether and how to use educational information obtained through Natural Pet Path remains the responsibility of the pet guardian.

6. Primary Veterinary Care

Natural Pet Path encourages every pet guardian to maintain an ongoing relationship with a licensed local veterinarian.

Our educational services are intended to complement, rather than replace, veterinary care.

Your pet's treating veterinarian is responsible for veterinary examinations, diagnostic testing, interpretation of diagnostic findings, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, prescribing, medical monitoring, and other veterinary medical care.

Pet guardians are responsible for obtaining appropriate routine, preventive, urgent, emergency, specialty, and follow-up veterinary care.

7. Urgent and Emergency Conditions

Natural Pet Path does not provide emergency or urgent veterinary services.

If your pet is experiencing an urgent or emergency medical concern, contact your local veterinarian or an emergency veterinary hospital immediately.

Do not delay seeking veterinary care while waiting for a Natural Pet Path appointment, written summary, email response, or other communication.

Natural Pet Path does not continuously monitor email, website submissions, messages, or other communications and should never be relied upon for an urgent or time-sensitive veterinary concern.

8. Veterinary Records and Information Provided by Pet Guardians

Pet guardians may choose to provide veterinary records, laboratory results, imaging reports, pathology reports, medication and supplement lists, medical histories, dietary information, photographs, or other information before or during a virtual educational session.

These materials may be reviewed as background information to help provide context for an educational wellness discussion.

Natural Pet Path may discuss general educational concepts relating to information appearing in records or other materials provided by a pet guardian.

Natural Pet Path does not independently interpret diagnostic testing for the purpose of diagnosing disease, rendering a veterinary medical opinion, providing a veterinary second opinion, establishing a prognosis, or directing veterinary treatment.

Providing veterinary records or other medical information to Natural Pet Path does not establish a VCPR and does not transfer responsibility for your pet's veterinary medical care to Natural Pet Path.

Natural Pet Path generally relies on information voluntarily provided by pet guardians and third parties and does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or current status of veterinary records, medical histories, medication lists, laboratory information, product information, or other submitted materials.

Pet guardians are responsible for providing information that is accurate, current, and complete to the best of their knowledge.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natural Pet Path is not responsible for consequences resulting from materially inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or omitted information provided by a pet guardian or third party.

Questions regarding diagnosis, diagnostic interpretation, prognosis, treatment, or medical decision-making should be directed to your pet's treating veterinarian.

9. Written Educational Summaries

Following a virtual educational session, Natural Pet Path may provide a written summary of topics discussed and educational wellness information shared during the session.

Written summaries are educational reference materials only.

They are not veterinary medical records, diagnostic reports, medical opinions, treatment plans, prescriptions, discharge instructions, or veterinary medical directives.

The inclusion of a food, dietary approach, supplement, herb, traditional herbal formula, product, laboratory value, TCVM concept, lifestyle consideration, or other wellness approach in a written summary does not constitute veterinary diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, or medical direction.

Written summaries should be understood within the educational context in which they were provided.

10. Nutrition, Food Therapy, Herbs, Supplements, and Other Wellness Approaches

Educational topics discussed through Natural Pet Path may include: holistic nutrition; fresh-food and whole-food nutrition concepts; food therapy; TCVM concepts traditional herbal approaches; nutritional supplements; whole-food supplements; lifestyle and environmental wellness; healthy aging; and other holistic or complementary wellness approaches.

Discussion of a particular food, ingredient, dietary strategy, supplement, herb, traditional herbal formula, product, practice, or wellness approach does not mean that it is appropriate, effective, or safe for every animal or every circumstance.

Animals are individuals and may respond differently to foods, dietary changes, supplements, herbs, products, or other wellness approaches.

Adverse reactions, allergies, sensitivities, gastrointestinal effects, interactions, contraindications, or unexpected effects may occur.

Foods, herbs, supplements, and other products may interact with medications, medical conditions, anesthesia, diagnostic testing, therapeutic diets, other supplements, or other products.

Pet guardians should inform their pet's treating veterinarian about supplements, herbs, dietary changes, and other products their pet receives when appropriate.

Discussion of any food, product, ingredient, herb, supplement, traditional herbal formula, diet, or wellness approach does not constitute a representation or guarantee that it is safe, effective, or appropriate for a particular animal.

If your pet experiences an unexpected or adverse reaction, promptly contact your pet's treating veterinarian. Seek emergency veterinary care immediately for potentially serious or life-threatening reactions.

11. Prescription Medications and Veterinary Treatment

Natural Pet Path does not prescribe medications or manage prescription treatment.

Natural Pet Path does not instruct pet guardians to start, discontinue, increase, decrease, substitute, or otherwise modify prescription medications.

Questions concerning prescription medications, medical treatment plans, procedures, diagnostic testing, or management of a diagnosed or suspected medical condition should be directed to your pet's treating veterinarian.

Educational discussion of a medication, medical condition, treatment, diagnostic result, or therapeutic concept does not constitute veterinary medical advice, prescribing, or direction.

Do not start, stop, or modify a prescription medication based solely upon educational information obtained through Natural Pet Path.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Natural Pet Path does not guarantee any particular health, wellness, nutritional, behavioral, or other outcome from: participating in a virtual educational session; using information provided through Natural Pet Path; making dietary or lifestyle changes; or using any food, supplement, herb, traditional herbal formula, product, or wellness approach.

Animals are individuals, and responses may vary.

Testimonials, reviews, case examples, educational examples, or descriptions of experiences involving other animals do not guarantee that another animal will experience the same or similar results.

13. Products and Online Store

Natural Pet Path offers products through its online store, which may include supplements, herbs, wellness products, grooming and skin-care products, and other pet wellness items.

Products sold through our website are not prescription medications.

Product descriptions and other information provided through our website are intended to describe ingredients, characteristics, features, directions, uses, and general wellness considerations.

Product information does not constitute veterinary diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, or veterinary medical advice.

Natural Pet Path does not represent that a particular product is appropriate for every animal.

You are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients, directions, warnings, storage information, expiration information, and other information accompanying each product.

Products should be used according to their labeling and manufacturer instructions unless your pet's treating veterinarian directs otherwise.

Some products sold through Natural Pet Path may be manufactured or supplied by third parties. Third-party manufacturers may change formulations, ingredients, packaging, instructions, warnings, or product availability without notice.

Other products may be developed, manufactured, distributed, or sold under brands owned by or affiliated with Natural Veterinary Wellness LLC.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim any obligation or responsibility that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

If you have questions concerning whether a product is medically appropriate for your pet, consult your pet's treating veterinarian.

14. Product Information and Advertising

Natural Pet Path makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information concerning products offered through our website.

Product descriptions, educational materials, testimonials, photographs, reviews, and other information are provided for informational or marketing purposes and do not guarantee a particular result.

Third-party product statements may be based on information provided by the manufacturer or supplier.

Natural Pet Path reserves the right to modify or correct product descriptions or other website information when appropriate.

15. Product Availability and Orders

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. Errors may occasionally occur.

Natural Pet Path reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to:

  • correct errors;
  • update information;
  • limit quantities;
  • refuse or cancel orders; and
  • discontinue products.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order placed at that price. If payment has already been processed for a cancelled item, the amount paid for that item will be refunded.

We may limit sales or shipment of particular products when required by law, manufacturer restrictions, availability, or other circumstances.

16. Shipping

Products are available for shipment only to locations identified as eligible through our website or checkout process.

Unless otherwise stated, products are available for shipment within the United States.

Shipping availability may vary by product and destination.

Natural Pet Path is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information provided by a customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

17. Session Scheduling and Payment

Virtual holistic wellness education sessions must be scheduled through our website or another scheduling method authorized by Natural Pet Path and are subject to availability.

Full payment is required at the time of scheduling unless otherwise stated.

Session availability is generally displayed in Central Time ("CT").

Sessions are generally conducted through Zoom or another videoconferencing platform selected by Natural Pet Path.

Pet guardians are responsible for having adequate internet access, compatible equipment, and an environment reasonably suitable for participating in the session.

18. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable because the reserved appointment time may not be available to another pet guardian.

Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Natural Pet Path or when required by applicable law.

Natural Pet Path reserves the right to reschedule a session when necessary because of practitioner availability, illness, technical difficulties, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If Natural Pet Path cancels a session and an appropriate rescheduled appointment cannot be arranged, the session fee may be refunded.

19. Website and Educational Content

Information provided through the Natural Pet Path website is intended for general educational, informational, and wellness purposes.

Although we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, Natural Pet Path does not warrant that all website or educational content is complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every animal or circumstance.

Scientific knowledge, nutritional information, product formulations, regulations, and wellness practices may change over time.

Information may therefore be updated, modified, corrected, or removed without notice.

Nothing on this website constitutes veterinary medical advice or should be used as a substitute for veterinary medical care.

20. Intellectual Property and Copyright

21. Trademarks

Natural Pet Path and other names, logos, slogans, taglines, product names, and marks appearing through our website or services may be trademarks or service marks of Natural Veterinary Wellness LLC or their respective owners.

Nothing contained on the website or through our services grants a right or license to use a trademark or service mark without prior written permission from the applicable owner.

22. Third-Party Websites, Products, and Services

Our website, educational materials, written summaries, or other communications may contain references or links to products, websites, laboratories, manufacturers, retailers, educational resources, videoconferencing platforms, payment processors, or other services operated by third parties.

Links and references may be provided for convenience or informational purposes.

Natural Pet Path does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, representations, or services.

Your use of third-party websites, products, or services may be subject to separate terms, instructions, warranties, and policies established by those third parties.

The discussion, reference, or availability of a third-party product or service through Natural Pet Path does not constitute a guarantee of its quality, effectiveness, safety, or suitability for a particular animal.

23. User-Submitted Information and Content

If you submit comments, reviews, photographs, communications, veterinary information, records, or other content through our website or services, you are responsible for the information and content you provide.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, fraudulent, intentionally misleading, invasive of another person's privacy, or that infringes another person's intellectual property or other legal rights.

You represent that you have the right or appropriate authorization to provide information, records, photographs, and other materials submitted to Natural Pet Path.

Natural Pet Path reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

24. Age and Authority to Participate

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Natural Pet Path services or participate as the responsible pet guardian in a virtual holistic wellness education session.

By providing information concerning an animal, you represent that you are the animal's owner or have appropriate authorization from the owner to provide information regarding the animal and participate in the educational service.

25. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that information may be collected, stored, processed, and used as described in our Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable law.

26. Electronic Communications and Technology

By scheduling or participating in Natural Pet Path services, you consent to receiving service-related communications through electronic means, including email, online scheduling platforms, and videoconferencing services.

Electronic communications and internet-based services involve inherent technological and privacy risks.

Natural Pet Path cannot guarantee that electronic communications, internet connections, or third-party platforms will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or available.

Technical problems do not convert a Natural Pet Path educational interaction into veterinary medical care or create a VCPR.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE NATURAL PET PATH WEBSITE, EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, VIRTUAL HOLISTIC WELLNESS EDUCATION SERVICES, AND RELATED INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

Natural Pet Path makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website, educational information, availability, accuracy, completeness, results, effectiveness, or suitability of information for any particular animal or purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natural Pet Path does not warrant or guarantee the effectiveness, results, safety, or suitability for a particular animal of any educational information, wellness approach, dietary strategy, food, supplement, herb, traditional herbal approach, lifestyle practice, or other information discussed through the services.

We do not warrant that our website or electronic services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any warranty, duty, liability, remedy, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

28. Client Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

Pet guardians acknowledge that Natural Pet Path provides educational and informational wellness services and does not provide veterinary medical services.

Decisions concerning whether and how to use information obtained through Natural Pet Path remain the responsibility of the pet guardian.

Pet guardians understand that individual animals may respond differently to foods, diets, supplements, herbs, traditional herbal approaches, products, lifestyle changes, and other wellness approaches.

Potential risks may include adverse reactions, allergies, sensitivities, interactions, contraindications, unexpected effects, or lack of benefit.

By voluntarily choosing to use educational information obtained through Natural Pet Path, you acknowledge these inherent uncertainties and accept responsibility for your decisions concerning whether and how to use that information and for obtaining appropriate veterinary guidance when needed.

Nothing in this section is intended to release, waive, or limit liability that cannot lawfully be released, waived, or limited.

29. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NATURAL VETERINARY WELLNESS LLC D/B/A NATURAL PET PATH AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, EDUCATORS, PRACTITIONERS, REPRESENTATIVES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO:

  • purchase or use of products;
  • use of or reliance upon educational information provided through Natural Pet Path; or
  • use of third-party websites, products, or services referenced through Natural Pet Path.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natural Pet Path shall not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from a pet guardian's independent decision to use, discontinue, modify, combine, or rely upon educational wellness information, dietary approaches, foods, supplements, herbs, products, or other wellness approaches discussed through Natural Pet Path.

Natural Pet Path is not responsible for a pet guardian's failure or delay in seeking appropriate veterinary medical care.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, limit, or waive any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or waived under applicable law.

30. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natural Veterinary Wellness LLC d/b/a Natural Pet Path and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, educators, practitioners, representatives, service providers, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from:

  • your material violation of these Terms;
  • your unlawful or wrongful use of our website or services;
  • information or content you submit in violation of another person's rights; or
  • your infringement of another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Natural Pet Path for liability that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.

31. Informal Resolution of Disputes

Natural Pet Path values the opportunity to address concerns directly.

Before initiating a legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or Natural Pet Path's services, you agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to provide Natural Pet Path with written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are requesting.

Natural Pet Path and the user agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Unless emergency or injunctive relief is reasonably necessary, or applicable law provides otherwise, the parties should allow at least 30 days after receipt of written notice to attempt informal resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.

32. Jurisdictional and Regulatory Limitations

Natural Pet Path is an educational wellness business and is not a veterinary practice.

Nothing provided through Natural Pet Path is intended to constitute:

  • the practice of veterinary medicine;
  • veterinary telemedicine;
  • veterinary diagnosis;
  • veterinary treatment;
  • veterinary prescribing;
  • veterinary medical management; or
  • veterinary medical advice.

Natural Pet Path does not establish a VCPR in any state or jurisdiction.

Laws and regulations concerning veterinary medicine, telemedicine, professional communications, supplements, products, and related subjects vary among jurisdictions.

Natural Pet Path may limit, modify, decline, or discontinue particular services, products, communications, or educational topics when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or professional requirements.

Pet guardians remain responsible for obtaining veterinary medical care from appropriately licensed veterinary professionals and for maintaining a valid VCPR with their treating veterinarian when required for veterinary medical care.

33. Termination or Refusal of Services

Natural Pet Path may decline, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website or services when reasonably necessary, including when we believe a user:

  • has violated these Terms;
  • has misused the services;
  • has engaged in unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, or disruptive conduct;
  • is requesting services outside the educational scope of Natural Pet Path; or
  • is attempting to use Natural Pet Path as a substitute for veterinary medical care.

Natural Pet Path may also decline or discontinue an educational discussion and direct a pet guardian to seek veterinary care when the circumstances presented appear to require veterinary medical evaluation or treatment.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective following termination.

34. Changes to These Terms

Natural Pet Path may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

35. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the website or services shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Minnesota.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer or other user of any right, remedy, jurisdictional protection, or other protection that cannot lawfully be waived.

36. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as appropriate.

The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

37. No Waiver

Natural Pet Path's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

A waiver of any provision will be effective only to the extent expressly stated.

38. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Natural Pet Path Privacy Policy and any other terms or policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Natural Pet Path regarding your use of the website and services, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement applicable to a particular service or transaction, the separate written agreement will control with respect to that service or transaction.
